Established in 1985, Pace Travel is a travel management and consulting company specializing in client focused services for corporate, group, international and select leisure travel. Today’s travel options are greater than ever before, consequently the task of researching and selecting the options that are right for you have also become challenging. We produce optimal results for our clients by understanding their needs, performing the relevant research and then packaging the best options and management services available. Pace Travel has a staff of 25 professionals, including 13 travel consultants with an average of 19 years experience in the travel industry.

President, Ellen Roberson founded Pace Travel in 1985 with a simple goal to provide travel management and consulting services to businesses and individuals that value professional level services and exceptional client service. Ellen is engaged in all aspects of the agency from business and vendor partner development to managing client relationships and operations. Prior to founding Pace Travel she worked with the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.

Originally from a small town in Tennessee, Ellen has always had travel on her mind. Still traveling as often as her schedule allows, she and her family have called Atlanta home for years. She is a member of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce and the International Airline Travel Agent Network. She enjoys being part of the Atlanta community and takes time to do work with the Margaret Rain Women's Shelter and Meals on Wheels.

Our Vice President, Avi Hadad has been in the Travel Business for 25 years and with Pace Travel since 1997. Following a sbabtical in 2007 she returned to Pace in 2008 as a VP over seeing operations and business development. Avi has a strong managerial skills and her passion is customer service. She manages client services development, client relationship management and cost optimization programs.

Avi moved to Atlanta from Israel in 1983. She served in the Israeli army for 2 years. She is a member of The Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and on the board of directors of the Norcross Business Association.
